CENTUM‘s activity is focused on four business lines:
Project Management and Supervision: The scope of the work covers Project Management areas and those regarding Supervision Engineering and Project Construction throughout the entire cycle of the same. Tenders evaluation, detail engineering, construction, implementation, commissioning, and maintenance of the plant. The extent of the supervision carried out by CENTUM includes detail engineering supervision in all areas, construction supervision, operation of the plant until it is delivered to the property, quality assurance, and coordination of health and safety at the site. Project Management activities are performed both in an office and on the site using CENTUM’s methodology, unless otherwise established in the project. The main areas dealt with are Planning, Cost Control, Contract Management, Estimates, and Tenders Preparation and Assessment.
I&C Engineering: Development of Detail Engineering for real-time and critical control systems, as well as for telecom systems and integration.
Renewable Market Development: Preparation of the technical feasibility of projects, management of the main contracts entered into by the different actors in turnkey projects, and provision of technical support to the developer during the stage prior to the start of the project.
Training: Training activities are grouped into courses on planning specific software (Primavera and Ms Project) and on project management methodology applied to the energy sector (areas of Project Management, Estimates and Tenders, Management of Change Orders, Contract Management, Cost Control, and Planning).
